Packerland Rent-A-Mat, Inc. is currently seeking an individual for a Route Service Rep. The job involves transporting and exchange of floor mats and delivery and pickup of laundry products. Being a service rep involves driving our medium duty trucks on an assigned route to our customers located throughout SE Wisconsin. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the rep delivers and picks up floor mats, cleaning towels, mops, and other rental products.

The successful candidate will possess an excellent driving record, be outgoing, be willing to learn and have the desire to interact positively with customers on your assigned route. Your driving record and criminal background will be verified. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

• Packerland will provide uniforms.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure timely and correct deliveries of complete matting loads, pick-up soiled mats. Service items such as air fresheners. Deliver restroom hygiene products when necessary.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Safely operate a vehicle while following all applicable laws and company policy.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspection.

Qualifications:

• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Have and maintain a safe driving record.
• Demonstrate skills appropriate in the safe operation of medium-duty delivery vehicles.
• Demonstrate skills appropriate in providing a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrate communication skills in English and ability to comprehend and follow directions.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of products.
• Count, add and subtract accurately
