Packerland Rent-A-Mat started where many great ideas begin—in the basement.
Back in 1969, John Schultz Sr. launched a humble mat rental service out of the family’s Brookfield home. He washed floor mats in the basement, loaded them into the family station wagon, and delivered them across the Milwaukee area. From the beginning, his mission was simple: take care of customers and do the job right.
Today, that same mission still drives us. Now in our third generation of family leadership, Packerland is run by John’s son, Michael, and his granddaughter Katelyn—a father-daughter team blending decades of experience with new ideas for the future. Together, they lead a team of local employees proudly serving 28 counties across Wisconsin.
Through generations of service, one thing hasn’t changed—we’re still proudly serving the very first customer who gave us a chance.
