Packerland ships ONLY to the continental 48 states. At this time we are unable to accept orders from PO, APO and FPO boxes.

Due to variations in color batches from our manufacturers, some color variations in comparison to our online samples are to be expected. Color samples for online color swatches look different on every computer display. Exact colors are NOT guaranteed. Anyone that claims to guarantee exact colors is fooling you. Call 1-800-472-9339 and ask for our internet representative if you have specific questions.

We know you will be pleased with our products! For all products but custom logo mats, we give you 14 days from date of delivery  to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied, just CLICK HERE TO CONTACT US. Mats must be returned in original packaging. Mats MUST NOT BE USED.

For defective items, Packerland will issue a return authorization and cover all shipping costs. If there is a problem with the order that was the responsibility of Packerland, there are no service charges, restocking fees or shipping fees.

We will accept non-defective products as returns within 14 days of date of delivery.  A return authorization must requested and a restocking fee of 25% of the order value  of each returned item applies.  Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of custom logo mats unless a defect in manufacturing is present. Please make sure that you approve the online proof and check material specifications. If you cancel a custom order before production has started, we should be able to accommodate your request. Once a custom order reaches the factory floor we are unable to issue a refund. Given our fast turnarounds, this occurs, generally, within a day or two of your approval.
